Co-manager (16hr)

We are looking for someone to work 16 hours a week, on a fixed-term contract until February 2020. There is the possibility of the role being extended, or becoming a permanent position.
You will be joining a flat management structure and will be working with a team of six other shop co-managers. All co-managers are jointly responsible to one another and also to the Exeter Local Food Board of Directors.
