The Real Food Store is in the centre of town, so perfect for those shoppers or busy workers who need a quick bite to eat. Delicious, freshly made sandwiches, made from a selection of veggie or meat based fillings, are ideal to grab and go. You can also get a delicious cake or cookie, largely baked in house. Choose from a great selection of juices or Cornish bottled water. All available from the chiller opposite the till counter as you come in.

You can get a take-away coffee or tea from the cafe counter upstairs. Café opening times are Monday to Saturday 9:30am - 4:30pm.
