On Monday 27th July, head salad grower Jamie will be in store to answer questions about organic farming and growing salad at Shillingford.
Find out about all the different varieties of leaves and edible flowers that go in to the salad bags throughout the year and learn about the challenges posed by the Flea Beetle! This is a great chance to find out about the work that goes into the delicious salad, and see some pictures from behind the scenes! Not to be missed if you love Shillingford salad as much as we do!!
